Analiz için yüklediğiniz ekran görüntüsü, metni çıkarmak amacıyla üçüncü taraf yapay zeka servislerine (Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock) anlık olarak gönderilir ve işlem sonrası sunucularımızda saklanmaz. Kırpma sonrası oluşan görsel yalnızca kendi cihazınızda tutulur (Belgeler klasörü), bize hiçbir zaman gönderilmez.
Ekran görüntüsünden çıkarılan veya elle girdiğiniz metin, cevap önerisi üretmek için üçüncü taraf yapay zeka servislerine (DeepSeek, Amazon Bedrock) gönderilip işlenir. Bu metin, ürün kalitesini geliştirmek için sunucuda tutulabilir.
Onboarding sırasında verdiğiniz yaş aralığı, cinsiyet ve flört hedefi bilgisi sunucuya iletilir. Bu bilgiler cevap önerisi üretiminde kullanılan yapay zekaya hiçbir zaman gönderilmez, yalnızca anonim kullanım analitiği için tutulur.
Kişisel bilgi içermeyen, cihazınıza özgü anonim bir kimlik kullanılır (satın alma durumunu ve arşivinizi eşlemek için).
Uygulama çökmesi veya hata durumunda, sorunu teşhis etmek amacıyla teknik veriler (cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, hata izi) toplanır. Bu veri Avrupa Birliği sunucularında işlenir.
Abonelik satın alımlarınız, üyelik durumunuzu doğrulamak için işlenir. Kredi kartı bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz, bu bilgiler doğrudan Apple tarafından işlenir.

Yukarıdaki alt yüklenicileri, verinizi yalnızca belirtilen amaçla işlemelerini ve kendi standart hizmet şartları/veri işleme koşulları kapsamında korumalarını sağlayacak şekilde seçiyoruz. Google'ın Gemini API kullanım koşulları kapsamındaki insan gözden geçirme istisnası yukarıda ayrıca belirtilmiştir.
Sunucuda tutulan sohbet metni günlükleri ve profil bilgileri, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesap silme talebinde bu veriler makul bir süre içinde silinir.
Verilerinizin bir kopyasını talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme hakkına sahipsiniz. Bu talepler için help@zakkum.app adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Zakkum ("Zakkum", "the app", "we") collects, how it is processed, and who it is shared with. Zakkum is an AI-powered tool that generates reply suggestions and compatibility analysis for your dating app conversations.
Screenshots you upload for analysis are sent on the fly to third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock) to extract text, and are not stored on our servers afterward. The cropped image is kept only on your own device (Documents folder) and is never sent to us.
Text extracted from a screenshot, or typed manually, is sent to third-party AI services (DeepSeek, Amazon Bedrock) to generate reply suggestions. This text may be retained on our servers to improve product quality.
The age range, gender, and dating goal you provide during onboarding are sent to our servers. This information is never sent to the AI model used to generate suggestions; it is used only for anonymous usage analytics.
An anonymous, device-specific identifier (no personal information) is used to link your purchase status and archive.
In the event of a crash or error, technical data (device model, OS version, stack trace) is collected to diagnose the issue. This data is processed on servers located in the European Union.
Your subscription purchases are processed to verify your membership status. Your payment card details never reach us; they are processed directly by Apple.
Your data is never used for advertising and is never sold.

Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, except where legally required. We choose the subprocessors above to process your data only for the stated purpose and to protect it under their own standard terms of service / data processing terms. The human-review exception under Google's Gemini API terms is noted separately above.
Server-side conversation logs and profile information are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon an account deletion request, this data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
You have the right to request a copy of your data, or to request its correction or deletion. Contact us at help@zakkum.app for such requests.
Zakkum is not directed at users under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from such users.
This policy may be updated from time to time. You will be notified in-app of material changes.
